My parents put age restrictions on my Apple ID like 10 years ago. I am now 18 and have tried everything to get them off. Turned them off in screen time:nothing changed. Tried literally everything, tried to go through my parent’s end as well and they do not know what they did. Please help I’m so lost.

Yes, everything on both ends is turned off.
