Ios 15.7.5 updates fails to install

Ios 15.7.5 on my Ipad Air2 will download, verify update but will not install. Is anyone else having this problem?

Did you already try to use your computer to update iOS?

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
