davinci app store error

I'm trying to download Davinci Resolve for my iPad but it's not showing up in the App Store and when I use an App Store link from my browser it says "this app is currently not available in your country or region." I reside in the US and don't have a VPN on. And to top it all off, it showed up just fine in the App Store before I updated my iPad so I could download it. I've been trying beat this issue for many hours now and it's getting very frustrating 😂
