Apple Watch 7 Vibrates / clicking / screen moves

For a long time I having these problems like suddenly it start phantom clicking/vibrate, screen automatically moves.

without me doing anything, chimes is disabled and it still has this issue.


only way to stop this is to shutdown the watch and restarting it again and then is gone. But after a few hours it returns again.


I find this really annoying and for a watch of this quality it shouldn’t be happening

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

If the problem continues, it may be a hardware malfunction. Your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it:
