I can’t get past my the activation lock

I want to set up my Apple Watch but I don’t know my old Apple ID because I don’t have my old phone

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used.

Also look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
