Apple TV app

I am not able to access AppleTV app on my TCL roku TV. It works on my other TV's. When I select Apple TV nothing comes up at all.

See if the TV has (Roku) software updates available.

Else try deleting and re-installing the Apple TV app.

Try a cold restart of the TV.

What is the exact model TCL Roku TV (Roku number)? Is it listed among the officially supported devices?
