I forgot my email for my Apple ID account
I’m trying to unlock my Apple ID in one of my devices and I forgot the password. The sacurety question and I don’t have access to that email and phone number so I need help please

You list a string of issues, so let's start with the basics. To do any of the others you need your Apple ID which you have apparently forgotten.
Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.

Also look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
