Thanks for the reply. You are not correct, because my daughter has AirPlay on her 2011 iMac running High Sierra. The compatibility issue applies to my 2009 iMac running High Sierra. They apparently added it somewhere in between. I know, its hard to believe that a late 2009 machine is still running like a champ.

As to your reply, AirPlay was introduced with MAC OS X Mountain Lion in 2012. To run Mountain Lion required a mid-2007 iMac or later.
Assuming you mean AirPlay to an iMac…
an iMac introduced in 2019 or later, running Monterey 12 or later.
You're welcome. As I mentioned, I was referring to mirroring one Mac to another Mac. One needs a 2019 or later iMac to be an AirPlay receiver.
