Mac connected to WiFi but no internet

Hello,

Today turning on my MacBook I had the unpleasant surprise of finding out it simply won't connect to the internet.

I have tried 3 different networks ( 2 WiFi routers, and my phone )

All three networks deliver WiFi to any other device.

I am not at all proficient with MacOs and have a hard time finding ressources online to solve this. Could you assist me solving this?

As a first step, can you check if you have any network filters installed?

Go to System Settings, Network, click on Filters. disable any if there. Also insure all the status icons are green.
