How do I recover my Apple ID without the two factor authentication email address

I can’t log into my Apple ID. I have the original phone number but I don’t have the two factor authentication email address.

Two factor authentication doesn't use email addresses except as an Apple ID, so I am failing to understand what it is you need. See if this article provides the information you need in connection to two factor authentication. Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
