Hello,
There is a random icon that appears next to other apps on my iPhone that I have been unable to delete. (Press, hold, and then trying to delete it as is the case for other apps does not work on this particular icon/app)
I have included a photo of the icon as it appears on my iPhone.
Would greatly appreciate any advice on what this is and how to delete it.
