How do I recover all my videos on iCloud.com. I deleted them from photos because I thought they were backed up. Then I deleted them from iCloud and got a notice I have 30 days to backup deleted videos but don’t know how to recover them.
If you sync with iCloud, check the Recently Deleted album. Anything there can be recovered. If you emptied that album the files are irrecoverable
