iPad dormer gestures

This worked well previously. Now the option to use corner gestures is greyed out. Using iOS 16.4 Can you help please.

Have you enabled the new Stage Manager feature? The corner-swipe gestures are not available with Screen Manager enabled.

To use the corner-swipe gesture, you need to disable Stage Manager:

Settings > Home Screen & Multitasking > Stage Manager > Use Stage Manager on iPad - set to OFF

While the finger corner-swipe gestures are disabled when Stage Stage Manager mode is active, the gestures remain available using an Apple Pencil.

Be aware that iPadOS 16.4.1(a) is the most recent version of iPadOS. This version includes essential system security updates; you should update your iPad as soon as practicable.
