This seems to be an unfortunate bug that has invaded some user’s Maps, deleting everything. It has also happened to me.

There isn’t a fix for this problem yet that I know of, save for restoring your info from iCloud. However, as experienced by other users and myself, resetting the device deletes everything again.

Do you mean that recents and Saved Guides disappear?

What do you mean by: “I set up my gps routes , within a couple hours they disappear?” Please elaborate for us.
