My iPhone 13 Pro is not letting me access my Appleid, Name, Cloud, Purchases, etc. What can I do?

How can I get my iPhone 13 Pro to let me access my Name, AppleID, icloud, Media and Purchases?

Troubleshooting iCloud Logins:


Verify this Device:

Verify that you the device is still logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support


Approve of the Device:

If things are greyed out, then you may have to re-approve of your device. This commonly occurs after upgrades and installations.

  1. Open: iTunes
  2. Go to: Account menu
  3. Hover Over: Authorizations
  4. Select: Authorize This Computer...
  5. Log In: Using your Apple ID credentials
