How long will it take for music to sync to my iMac after adding from MacBook Pro?

Hello! No one can say for sure, since there are many factors that can affect download speeds:

• The strength of the network connection
• The model of your iMac
• Possibly the amount of available storage
• How big the download is

and much more.

My MacBook Pro (Late 2013) is running macOS Big Sur, and for me, syncing to iCloud takes less than a minute. I often don't even notice! This may differ from your experience.
