reset homepod

I have two HomePod 1st generation. One has reset, after a move to new home, different internet router. I cannot connect to the second, even using Home app. How do I connect to the second HomePod? FYI: I have two smaller HomePods that are connected nicely, along with the first 1-gen HomePod (large), with my home network.

You might need to reset it then set it up again to join the same wifi your iPhone is on : Reset HomePod or HomePod mini - Apple Support

  • If you have two HomePod speakers set up as a stereo pair, you must ungroup the stereo pair before you can reset HomePod.
