tampered macbook can be repaired

i have a macbook pro intel version it has been tampered because i didnt give in an apple service center i gave it in other stores so it has been tampered can you gave me any suggestion regarding this

Take it to your nearest Apple Store or Apple Approved Repair Centre and get it looked at asap before it gets worse.
