I have a Macbook Pro 14" 2021 which I purchased in January '23. I'm running OS Ventura 13.2.1. Suddenly, within the last 3 days I'm not able to play videos on Facebook, videos for products on Amazon, or any video at all on my computer. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this and what I can do about it. It's still under warranty, but I don't want to bother if it's an easy fix. Help??

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.4 I would start there and compare your results.
