If you just saw a pop-up that told you “you have (3) viruses!!!” or some number and having just run a “virus scan” on your iPhone, you just saw some sketchy advertising that lied about scanning your iPhone, and is probably now advertising a product you don’t need for a problem you don’t have. Ignore it.

Scams are pretty common, unfortunately.
