My Recently Delete Album is gone. How do I get it back?

On the Apple website:
Recently deleted has a time limit, then full deletion takes place. If you deleted the album and then did not reverse the deletion in the specified time limit, the data is gone.
I think Apple gives you 30 days to rethink.
