Voice Control add character space

I can't find how to insert a character space when editing using Voice Control.

For example, after dictating a section of text I see that "nospace" has been entered, which I need to correct to "no space". Is there a way?

Say “select previous word”. Try saying “no space “ again. If it doesn’t work dictate character by character, say “Spelling Mode,” then speak each character. This feature requires macOS Ventura or later and isn't available in all languages.
