Why will my phone only keep my call for three minutes?

The problem is I can’t make any calls that last over 3 minutes! I’d get a tech person and then get dropped. Only to repeat the same information to the next person and get dropped at 3 minutes again
Yeah. The people who work in cell phone stores are sales people, not actual technical support. Call customer support. And, here's the thing, the first person you talk to, even if you press the menu option for "technical support" will be a regular customer support person with a little extra training and a binder full of scripts. You may need to keep escalating.

Then use a family, friend etc phone so you can troubleshoot with Cricket.
The first thing to do is contact your carrier and discuss the matter with them.
I spent over two hours yesterday my cricket store. After all that, they said it was my iPhone issue, they couldn’t fix it
