Rectangular box on side of screen when on safari

Every time i use safari and scroll a rectangular box shows on the right hand side and covers somethings. Ive tried resetting it. How do i remove it?

This looks like it could be the Quick Notes feature on iPad as seen here, given that it is on the right side of your screen: Create Quick Notes anywhere on iPad - Apple Support. The gesture to begin a Quick Note inside Safari is to gesture up from the bottom right side of the screen. First, disable the Quick Note functionality by going to Settings >> Notes >> Corner Gesture >> Allow Finger to Swipe From Corner Off. Then, clear your Safari History and Website Data by going to Settings >> Safari >> Clear Website and History Data >> Close All Tabs. Reference the following article: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
