120fps video files won't open on Ventura 13.4 after updating

After Updating to Mac OS Ventura 13.4 on 28th May ,120fps video files won't open in Final Cut Pro as well as DaVinci Resolve, premiere pro is working fine any one facing the same issue.

iMac 24″, macOS 13.4
