if you have it it still does not work then if it was me then I would reach out to their support

 Get Support (apple.com), and or Contact - Official Apple Support

if the issue had cost your money then if it was me then I would take a look at

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Same here - it has been 6 months free with SKY and maybe watched 6 episodes (not worth continuing), looking to cancel and it doesn't show in any subscriptions list.

got an amazon subscription with my isp, it of cause did also not feature on my appleID and I could not even cancel it on amazons page (even if it was shown there) so I had to get my isp to do it for me, if you got it with sky then maybe they are the way to cancel it or knows a way, if it does not feature on your appleID account
