How do you cancel your subscriptions when the “cancel subscription” option will only turn grey for a second when you click it? I keep clicking “cancel subscription” but my subscription is not cancelled.

If there are issues with cancelling the subscription you can also go to: https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or cancel your subscription.
If you still have issues with cancelling the subscription you should Contact Apple Support here: https://getsupport.apple.com/

Have you tried to contact Apple Support or go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or cancel a subscription. If you haven't tried those options yet I would suggest doing that as Apple Support has the ability to cancel it for you on their end too.
