Updated phone to iOS 16.5 phone screen has stopped working properly. Cannot use P or the backspace on my keyboard properly and there is a slight dead spot near the top right hand corner. Have hard reset multiple times but not working

If you're sure that nothing (case/cover, screen protector, dirt) interferes with your touch screen (remove any obstacles, if present), I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

I think I may have to I’ve checked the screen and taken case off and screen protector off and still nothing, hopefully it’s still in warranty
