Carrier lock

My iphone xs is carrier lock under soft bank i want to unlock, i can use any sim card bangladesh and japan, so that i can use both country, i am in japan, where i can go for unlock and how much for this cost?

iPhone XS, iOS 16

You will have to ask the carrier it is locked to to unlock it.

Are you the original owner? If so, you will need to follow the procedures outlined by the carrier who locked it. If you are not the original owner, you are out of luck.
