I am unable to sign out of iCloud. I have a new phone, but the old one is not letting me sign out. Whenever I. try it get the message that, in order to sign out of iCloud, I first need to turn off Touch ID, which I can do after the security delay expires (in an hour). I have been doing this since Friday, but once the hour expires, it is the same exact message and prices all over again.

Grounhog day.
