bluetooth grayed out Macbook Air 2017 running on Monterey

I just upgraded my MacBook Air 2017 from Sierra to Monterey, but the bluetooth is still grayed out despite doing the reset SMC, PRAM, sudo pkill, restarting, etc. The bluetooth also stopped working a few months ago when it was still on Sierra. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Does the Bluetooth Category List your Builtin Bluetooth device ?

If not - parts in a 6 year old computer may have Failed >>

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

2 - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer
