did not receive my refund

I did not receive the refund for the app I installed by mistake actually it just popped up after I installed an app needed for me maybe QR reader linked with it but I did not receive the refund that says refunded the bill info. below.

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards. See the Related Article above for more information.

If it's already been that long, ask your bank.
