Battery doesn’t last as long after update WatchOS 9.5.1

M1 Mac mini, macOS 13.4;  Watch, series 7 GPS/cellular, watchOS 9.5; iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 16.5; iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16.5; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 16.5; HomePods, audioOS 16.5 and Airport Express w/ Airplay 2

Contacted support, talked to 3 techs no one had an answer, they ran diagnostics and it reported no issues, finally suggested erasing and re pairing Series 6 watch. Setup as a new watch, after the first 100% charge it worked fine the first day, however since then the battery life has been getting shorter. For example, today charged to 100% at 12:21 pm it now at 21% at 06:24pm. It also appears that the lower the % the faster it declines. Hoping they issue a bug fix for the battery life.
