my apple watch series 3 says it is paired with my new iPhone 14 pro. I have received text on my watch, but my phone says to pair my watch and when I try it says unable to connect to Apple watch. Can I unpair my watch from the watch it self?

Check to make sure your iPhone and Apple watch is updated to the latest software update.
