Unsupported iTunes 12.8.3 version for MacBook Pro 13 2020

My MacBook Pro 13 in 2020 edition is updated to the macOS Ventura 13.4 and I am trying to download the iTunes on my MacBook Pro and it won't be supported on my laptop and it keeps saying "This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier." And I am not sure what to do, my MacBook is up to its latest version on macOS and yet the iTunes is not supported.

10.13 is lower than 13 and is from several years ago. iTunes was replaced with Music. See:

What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support - "With macOS Catalina [and later], your iTunes media library is now available in the Apple Music app, Apple TV app, Apple Books app, and Apple Podcasts app. And Finder is where you can manage and sync content on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch."
