If my daughters Mac Air won’t update to Ventura, how do I install Numbers/Pages/Keynote?
are we really expected to throw away and buy new laptops for our kids every few years? Is Apple really that horrible of a company that lower middle class families are expected to discard their kids laptops simply because software is 3 years old?
is it time to start buying Windows computers again?

As far as I know macOS Monterey 12.6.6 (21G646) will use currently Numbers Version 13.1 (7037.0.101)
At least that's what is running on my MacBook.
If you need a newer Numbers version you would have to update to macOS Ventura 13.x.xx
Ralf
The Mac App Store in my Macs running Mojave, Monterey & Ventura all state that both Numbers 13.1 & Pages 13.1 requires macOS 12.3 or newer. That is Monterey or newer.
Thank you Ralf, that's really useful
That's great, that aligns with my understanding too
