No longer receive notifications on apps that I set up to receive them except iMessage. Also, no longer receive the red bubble and counter on each app unless I open the app.
Since notifications stopped working I decided to update to iOS 16.5 and it didn’t fix the issue.
i saw a similar topic that recommend to enable immediate notification, but I do not have this option (I restarted my phone).
ex:
iPhone 11, iOS 16
Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
See the pic below for a few examples. Please select immediate delivery.
Go to Settings and tap Notifications. Select an app under Notification Style. Under Alerts, choose the alert style that you want. If you turn on Allow Notifications, choose when you want the notifications delivered — immediately or in the scheduled notification summary.

although i have done everything you said, i still don t receive notifications or the red bubble
