Hello Tysonb98

You will need to visit reportaproblem.apple.com (and authenticate) to request a refund for this app. Please be patient and wait a few business days for the claim to be reviewed and then processed.

You mentioned you don't have an account with them, is it possible this is because you're in a Family Share as the organizer? If you are the organizer, and Purchase Sharing is enabled, all purchases go through the shared Family Share payment method. This is usually the default payment method on your Apple ID.

If you're not in a Family Share and don't use Tinder, I would advise changing your Apple ID password and Apple device passcodes.

I hope this helps!

Are you not apart of a Family Share?

If not, please change your Apple ID password and device passcodes asap. I would also recommend going through Safety Check in Privacy & Security in Settings. This will allow you to see what devices are logged into your Apple ID (on Step 3). Remove any devices you don't recognize.
