I cannot get verified for new card because verification numbers are incorrect. I have checked them in my wallet

You have an incorrect phone number, is that correct? If so, is this in regard to your Apple ID and resetting your account?
If it’s supposed to come from your bank, please contact your bank or credit card issuer to change the number.
What are you referring to when you say verification number? This is not a standard/normal term when referring to Wallet verification.

They want to text a verification number to my old home phone, which I no longer have and it couldn’t get texts anyway.
