When I try to backup while on battery power, Time Machine tells me I'm not able to. My backup HD is stored in a hard to access location (physically) and my backups usually take only about ten minutes, so there isn't really much risk of my computer not being able to complete the backup before dying.
Is there any way to allow Time Machine to back up on battery power?

Enable "Back up on battery power".
