On top right of my iPhone it says SOS, how can I fix it please? I have tried everything. Help!

Haiyaa! When it shows "SOS" in the location it usually indicates your cellar connectivity level this means that your iPhone can only make emergency calls. Please make sure that you have an active sim card installed in the device, and are in range of a cellular tower. If the issue persists please turn on and off airplane mode and restart the device.
Contact your carrier for help with their service.
