I forgot my ipad passcode and tried to reset it using itunes. During the process, error popped up on my PC screen. I searched what to do, then it says re-start my computer, so, I did. But then my ipad got frozen with apple logo on and white line below. What should I do?

Start over and try again. Make sure to follow each step and report back if something does not work. Make sure your computer and iTunes is updated to the latest possible OS.
