Volume Hash Mismatch | Ventura 13.4.1 | MacBook Pro 16 inch 2019

After the official release and the update to Ventura, I was occasionally catching a hash mismatch error. I checked the disk with Disk Utility, reboot in safe mode, did all what found in this community and Internet. Finally I created a backup using TimeMachine and reinstall macOS. Everything was fine for a few days (no more than one week) and now I again get `hash mismatch error` notification.

I'm totally disappointed. What to do?
