Apple mouse left click showing dropdown options
When I left click my Apple mouse it shows dropdown options which I normally get with right click!!
In the interest of sanity and a return to normality can anybody help?!
iMac 27″, macOS 13.4

Try finding mouse (will be at the bottom of the settings list around here)
Next find secondary click and change it to right button
Hope this helps (keep in mind that you will be doing the same steps but in mouse not track pad)
