Sim help

I have an old iPhone 7 that I want to be able to use on occasion however the new sim I have will not fit the sim tray ? Any ideas ? Or do I need to ask for an old style sim ?

The SIM used in an iPhone 7 will be a Nano SIM, which is the same physical size as used from the iPhone 5 through to the iPhone 14.

In what type of phone was this SIM used?

The iPhone has used the same sized Nano SIM since 2012.

Thanks for replying, it’s an old iPhone 7 and a new sim I just ordered it’s 1ml to big for the tray :( is there a named sim I should ask to be sent instead ?

Thanks - I’ve filed down the plastic till the sim fits the tray and hoping that will do the trick !!!
