Why does my iPhone say it’s unavailable for 15 minutes?

Because you entered your passcode incorrectly too many times.

It´s probably ´cause you entered your password incorrectly repetead times!

And if you continue entering the wrong passcode, the phone will eventually lock-up and and require a complete erasure and reset.
