ECG and sleep tracking not working- series 6 watch

Obviously an issue with my sensors. Will it be cheaper to buy a new watch or get a repair?

Only Apple Support can give you an estimate for repair cost which will vary depending where you live (currency, local sales taxes, etc). We don't have enough information to answer your question. Contact Apple Support.

It seems unusual that ECG and sleep tracking should both fail together, because they are completely different functions with different sensors linked only by the WatchOS software and the Apple Watch body which contains them. If you have not already tried it, please try restarting your Apple Watch

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

and also check software updates for your iPhone and Apple Watch.
