16.5.1(c) text problem

I am having the same problem. Lots of texting issues. Can send any "text" messages to droid photos, and not all my texts are reaching my phone. I can tell, as they are reaching my laptop. Major issue here. I even spoke with a friend in Cupertino at apple and she said her phone as doing the same thing. Someone really screwed up.

Also, TheHibz, do you have AT&T? I think it's only their network. I have a dual sim, one with a Portuguese provider, one with a US. Turning on the Portuguese, all works well. On AT&T, texts are failing. Really bad. Can't even get 2-form factor verifications.
