Can’t remember my apple id password and my MacBook Pro passwords
I can’t log into my laptop so I restarted and now I don’t know my Apple ID password to reset my laptop what do I do

Use these Forums Password. You are able to log in to these forums just fine. So, the password to use would be no different, given it is the same account.
Resetting the Forgotten Mac Password:

Reset it using the login screen. You'd go through your Apple ID to perform this. Find out more here: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support. Make sure that caps lock is not enabled when typing it.

Important: Keep a handwritten, hardcopy list of your passwords. Store it in a secret location that only you are knowledgeable of, and only you have access to. And, on top of that, don't share you passwords with anyone whomsoever.
