Troubleshooting Muted AirPods Volume:

A. Visit Apple Support links:

If your AirPods Won't Connect – Apple Support

If your Left or Right AirPod isn't Working - Apple Support

Connect and Use your AirPods and AirPods Pro – Apple Support

If the Sound from your Wireless Headphones Cuts Out or is Distorted - Apple Support

B. Verify the Balance:

Go to: Settings
Tap: General
Tap: Accessibility
Scroll Down: to Hearing
Adjust: the audio volume balance

C. Using an App?:

Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not towards the right.

D. Upload to the Latest Firmware: About Firmware Updates for AirPods - Apple Support
